[cancercured] Ideal B Vitamin Complex supplements?

Hello folks.

Can you please help me with another couple questions?:

What makes for an ideal B Vitamin Complex supplement?

One which utilizes the most readily absorbable forms?

Any recommended brands along these lines?

Thanks much!
