[cancercured] Inhibiting activity of cancer-associated sialic acid? (Attn: Vincent G.)

Vincent and all,

Would you please help me with these questions?

Could the sialic-acid-containing components in eggs and in the mucin (maybe
bovine or porcine) in supplements* actually potentially competitively
inhibit the activity of cancer-associated sialic acid?

* supplements such as "Sialex" and "Colixen" (by Ecological Formulas /
Cardiovascular Research)

Or would this strategy likely backfire (maybe by providing cancer cells
with more sialic-acid-containing components)?

Do we know?

Thank you,
Glen from Illinois, USA
