I blend my greens daily. Usually 1/2 head romaine, spinach, or kale, with either a pear or apple or some berries in it (no bananas). I add 1 heaping tablespoon of my Vitamineral Green to this mix. No hassles of juicing and I use the whole plant and get the good pulp. I aim for a quart a day. At least 1/2 quart.
When in a rush I add my Vitamineral Green or Richard Schultz Superfood to unsweetened apple sauce. Quick, easy, great for you. It's very dark green, but so good...
I'm the same way with wheatgrass. Nauseates me. You can add your wheatgrass to the above drink I mentioned or any other juice. I've gotten around the nauseation by adding distilled water, a pinch or more of sea salt, a squeeze of lemon, and maybe a dash of cayenne. Less nauseation and it's awesome for you.

I have a friend who was given 30 days to live, after both chemo and radiation and she checked out of the hospitals, put herself on a daily (sometimes several times a day) regimen of primarily wheat grass. She is well and that was 8 years ago. She swears by it. Do you have any experience? I don't.
