Thanks, Mike. That makes sense. I can see why the manufacturer would want to have owners use "kid gloves" when operating the equipment, to reduce wear and tear - especially when they've offered extended warranties!
But trust me - I have every intention of pushing the limits with this machine, when it comes to the food I'm going to try pulverizing in it!
