IBS _ irritable bowel syndrome has "messed" up motility: either to fast (diarrhea) or too slow (constipation). Bloating, gas, pain are also part of it. It is not a disease like Chron's or collitis,it's considered a disfunction of the colon, but it can be so painfull and devastating that you think you could die from it.
