I agree. We each have our own set of thresholds in different areas of
our health/body. the trick is to find out what the right combo is to
meet the right level of nutrients for our body and the right
environment to be in. Even determining a minimum level of nutrients
and environment may be a good place to start to help support the body.
BUT in order to get to equilibrium, we sometimes need to help the
body "reset" by ridding the body of the potential toxin buildup in the
system.
