Raw Broth/Soup Recipe
To make raw broth:
Add 1 quart hot filtered water to blender.
Add 6-8 stalks chopped celery stalks
1/2 red onion
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/4 cup parsley
1-2 gloves garlic
1 teaspoon himalyan white salt (the white salt is more nutritious and has less iron then the pink)
1 jalapeno pepper (Optional---
3 Tbl fresh sage
Dash of pepper
Variations: You can use different spices and herbs. I like to use fresh herbs such as sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, etc.
Blend for 30 seconds. Now you have the broth.
Pour over chopped vegetables such as zucchini, red bell pepper, summer squash in individual bowls. Top with cilantro leaves and pine nuts. Enjoy!
