Jack Lalanne's juicer will oxidize the juice, that is why I have used either the Champion or the Greenpower in the past as they titrate the juice and don't heat it up, destroying the enzymes. Be careful when you blend the vegetables in your high-power Vita-MIx. Blend at the least amount of time possible so it doesn't oxidize and heat up too much, thus destroying the enzymes.
I will be out of town until Friday, so probably can't answer anymore e-mails. I will be popping back on Tuesday for a few hours, but probably won't have time to get on the internet before heading out of town on my job.
thanks,
nancy

I tried to use the wheat grass myself because my friend is convinced it cured her. I also have to blend it but decided the best was with clamato and lemon. (and attitude adjustment.) This friend's story I put on my website because it is empowering. I just wish it tasted better. She said she sometimes drank it three times a day. Brave.

I have an Omega juicer I've owned for years but I don't use it much anymore unless I juice the wheatgrass and right now I prefer powdered greens and my real green vegetables.
