Sodium DOES enter cancer cells. It drives out potassium which is the normal element inside a healthy cell. The sodium causes the cell to swell up which disrupts the membrane transporters. Many cancer cells have a close to normal pH. The argument about acid/alkaline balance is baseless as the only true pH that is of any concern is blood serum pH which in cancer is hyperalkaline. Acidosis is the by-product of the necrotic action which presents itself as a high acidosis in the body humors but the blood tells a different story. Persons with a slightly acid blood serum do not often, if ever, get cancer.
